# Paddenstoel > EU hosting for small static websites. “Grow” means publish. Publishing requires tools that can send HTTP POST or run shell commands with permitted network access; browsing/search alone cannot upload. Obtain the user's consent to publish publicly. Use their real email unless a personal publishing key is securely configured; never ask for a key in chat. Ordinary uploads await human email confirmation: never auto-confirm or claim a pending site is live. If tools cannot upload, follow the safe file/text handoff in the publishing guide. This pilot may reset; users must keep their own copy. Match the user's request/conversation language for email; the publishing guide explains language hints and existing recipient preferences. ## Publishing documentation - [Short publishing guide](https://paddenstoel.app/agents.md): New sites and same-URL updates, tool selection, consent, shell and JSON examples, human confirmation, and safe manual fallbacks. - [Readable publishing guide](https://paddenstoel.app/agents): The same short guide for publishing and updating, rendered as script-free HTML. - [Full reference](https://paddenstoel.app/llms-full.txt): CLI, personal publishing keys, linking a key without seeing it, CI, HTTP API, updates, retries, limits, errors, and owner settings such as password protection. ## Policies - [Costs](https://paddenstoel.app/prijzen): Dutch page.
